Official Assassins Creed Franchise (Read 609 times)

One of my all time favourite franchise games. From the very first game Assassins Creed to the latest game coming next month in October Assassins Creed: Odyssey set in Ancient Greece, I can say that I have enjoyed every game from this franchise with my all time favourite being Black Flag. I love the whole idea of there being assassins hiding in the shadows and how each game has a different location, Spain, London, Egypt, Greece to name a few with different characters and different outfits and weapons too. I guess Black flag being my top game in the series is solely because I love Pirates and that whole mythology in general but I also came close to completing the whole game overall including the treasure chests, upgrades and side missions. My least favourite being Assassins Creed Syndicate based in London, I did not enjoy the characters nor the story-line and thus I could not get into the game. However, after this game, Ubisoft decided not to make the next instalment of the series and took a year's break. The following year (2017) we got our next Assassins creed which was of course Origins. Based in Egypt and properly one of my favourite locations out of the games. I had tremendous amount of fun with finding the hidden items, star locations, missions but I didn't get to complete the story-line or the game due to time constrictions but maybe one day I will get to complete it. Now we have to talk about the up coming Assassins creed Odyssey set in Greece and how different the game looks and feels in terms of combat and style due to the fact this time round we don't get the hidden blade (or do we?) but a broken spear, the spear of Leonidas passed from the Spartan himself over time. You get to choose who you will play to begin your adventure Kassandra or Alexios.

I used to really love assassin's creed back when they released it first, but after Black Flag it failed to really draw me in. Still, Black Flag has the best character and story in my opinion.

Agreed. Black Flag the the best game in the series but Origins is easily my second favourite and with all the recent reviews going crazy for the latest version its no surprise they are back on track
